  37. Lisa I have followed you for years but never commented. I look forward to your belly shots and I delight in your joy. But beyond that I admire your bravery, to be so raw and thorough when writing about your life. I have never been able to write about my own demons- losing my father to cancer, extreme suffering from bipolar disorder. I would never claim to identify with your pain, but I feel a kinship with you. You speak my language.

I spent the day working, with one eye on my feed reader for news from you. It finally came. Thank you for taking the time to share with your readers, so that we can mourn too. Godspeed.

I am so sorry. I won't tell you I know how you feel, but I will tell you I've been through something similar.

It's hard to endure such tragedy during a time in your life that is filled with so much joy. My heart goes out to you.

  45. I'm sorry.

I've followed your blog for as long as I can remember, but this is the first time I have commented.

I'll be thinking of you all at this hard time.

Please make sure that while you are looking after your mom and nick that you ensure you look after yourself and the baby, as hard and as selfish as that sounds, it's important.

  88. by the way, if you need to house some people coming in for the funeral, please let me know. we haven't met so that may be a weird offer. but i thought maybe a couch or two may actually help better than "let me know if i can help."
