Every once in a while I get a nice email out of the blue from someone who likes my blog. And it just makes me so incredibly happy. Like, smile and bounce up and down in my chair happy.
I love the connection, and I love knowing when things I think and write resonate with people.
You know how, if you put a lot of thought and energy into something, and then someone tells you you've done a great job, it makes you feel like you won a huge prize? That's how it makes me feel.

ReplyDeleteThough you write a lot about things that are mundane, you are able to write it in an interesting and funny way, that makes it not seem so mundane once you read it. I think it's awesome, and wish I could do the same!
