Lisa - I think they should be realistic. Personally, I think the best approach is just get your work done by your deadlines. Like people aren't going to check Facebook, personal email, whatever.
What an interesting photo. I have a Love/Hate feeling about Wednesdays. Work day begins with 1.5 hour staff meeting. Loathe. Lots of deliverables due on Wednesday. Stress. But all day I look forward to a new episode of Lost. Then, before I know it - it's Thursday and the weekend is almost here!

It has been a really long week, and Valentine's Day is Saturday, which somehow doesn't make me feel any better.
